Part time Contract On-Site Reviewer

Enterprise Consulting Solutions (ECS) is looking for a part time on-site reviewer to complete Medical Provider Site Visit evaluations. The hours are flexible however the onsite visit needs to be completed Monday- Friday between the hours of 9-5. This is a contractor position and payment will be paid as a 1099 contractor.
The site reviewer is responsible for completing the onsite visits within a specific time frame and must be able to meet our turn-around time for completing the evaluations.
Compensation:
This part-time contract position pays $45 per completed survey. Contract payments will be on a 1099, contract income basis.

Neat, Legible handwriting
Professional appearance and approach
Exemplary customer service and interface skills
Flexible site review schedules -- on demand
Open communication with Site Coordinator and provider office during the site review process
Computer access and an Email address
Must complete, sign, and return completed paperwork via FAX or E mail attachment
Must maintain confidentiality of all information and sign a confidentiality agreement
