Certified Nursing Assistant (Duties) Assists residents in their activities of daily living tasks as needed and directed.
Responds to resident needs promptly, while maintaining each resident's self-respect, dignity, safety and confidentiality.
Documents actions by completing forms, logs, and reports.
Uses universal precautions and follows established policies and procedures.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Responsibilities) Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training and educational opportunities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
