ISE Area Representatives use their networking skills and community knowledge to make a positive impact in the lives of exchange students from all over the world. They also enhance the lives of the people in their communities by introducing them to new cultures, languages, and ideas. The Area Representative develops and maintains relationships with local high schools and families in the community in order to promote the program and recruit host families. He or she will maintain contact with families and students throughout the year to provide support and assistance.
This position is flexible and can range from a few hours per week to a new lifestyle - you decide! Area Representatives are compensated per student placement, and receive additional payment for supervising students throughout the program. ISE also offers international travel opportunities, generous bonus incentives, and free training.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who has strong ties to his/her community, experience working with teens, and a valid driver's license. He or she must be able to work a flexible schedule and must be able to pass a background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
