CARPENTER LEADER

I have the ability to perform common tasks including 1) Assign work orders to employees and order material utilizing Maximo computer program; 2) Ensure that all employees comply with safety standards, regulations and operating procedures to include proper Personal Protective Equipment is available and used; 3) Ensures that needed Plans, Blueprints, Tools and Materials are available on assigned projects; 4) Receives instructions from supervisor and determines/ coordinates the number and type of workers needed to accomplish specific task on time 5) Checks on work in progress for compliance with customer expectations and supervisors instructions. Informs supervisor and management on project progress; and 6) Assigns work orders to shop personnel and ensures that they are completed on time. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
